FLOOR PLANS AND ELEVATIONS

A.R.M. Surveys carry out measured building surveys to provide accurate floor plans, elevations and sections of buildings typically for refurbishment or planning applications. 

Leica total stations, FARO 3D scanners alongside innovative and traditional techniques are used to measure the position of walls, roofs, doors, windows, columns, beams, steps etc. This data is then processed in the office using n4ce or scene software before final editing in CAD. 
Land Registry compliant floor plans can also be supplied.

Deliverables can be supplied in a variety of 2D and 3D formats along with point clouds.
